Making the best digital experience for broadband customers

With over 1.7 million customers, Globe wanted to build a companion app to provide the best user experience when using their services.

Through this app, customers can easily check their data usage, pay their bills, and use all the exclusive features offered by Globe.

My Role

As team lead for this project, I was in charge of conceptualizing and designing the app. I created the initial wireframes, initial design concepts, innovate new features and improvements, creative direction, and established the design system.

Screens

Delivering a hefty amount of screens with a high quality standard is no easy feat. The project was finished on time without fatalities (all-nighter) through careful planning and necessary improvisation.

App Features

Redesigning the entire app which initially had 8 features, we came up with 12 new features to stitch the whole app.

Icons

One of our goals for the new app is to make it more intuitive for users. The new icons help communicate what it represents on a visual level.

Illustrations

The app needed a new style of visuals. Since the ordinary style didn't work anymore, I looked for something that’s more interesting. I did semi-3D designs made manually in Photoshop.

The new bill experience

Users can skip the hassle and pay their bills through the app. I made sure the experience is as seamless as possible.

Rewards

I created a new feature as part of our recommendations for the app. The Rewards feature is inspired by existing reward features from popular apps such as Grab, Groupon, etc.

Users can use reward points to claim discounts, freebies, and even exchange their points for internet data.
